You can see your current tier in the More section of your account. This will also be visible on the Markita homepage. We'll let you know how many points you need to upgrade, so you always know where you stand. If you have pending points, you'll automatically upgrade once they're added to your account.

Your points are valid for 1 year from the date they are awarded, meaning they contribute to your tier status for 12 months.
